Do you have enough energy to read this?

Energy is everything and everywhere...
In our day to day lives, we come across energy all the time; when we feel we don't have enough energy, or our kids have too much energy, or the lightbulb or battery needs changing, or the laptop's run out of power, or our car needs petrol...

Energy can be uplifting or overwhelming when there is a lot of it, or it can be draining or calming when there is less.  When energy is high, the electrical output vibrates at a higher frequency causing a higher emotional response and when it is lower, it vibrates slower causing a less emotive response. 

Sometimes we want lots of energy and sometimes we need less. 

For wellbeing, we need our energy to be in harmony with our body and mind.

We can create energy whenever we want it just by choosing a certain thought or doing a certain action.  For example, if you think of something funny, you raise your vibration and your whole body changes in response to that thought. If you do exercise like aerobics, you are raising your vibration and creating energy.  Similarly, If you take a bath, you are lowering your vibration and creating calm in your body and mind.  These are positive examples of energy creation and you feel good because your heart and mind are in synchronisity; in balance with each other.

It is when your heart and mind are out of synch with each other that we feel the negative effects of energy. Someone may say something to you that upsets you because it doesn't fit with your belief system and it may 'throw you off' and cause your energy to become disrupted; you may have an accident which is unpleasant and unexpected so it temporarily disrupts your energy system.  You may have a trauma that is so bad, it affects your energy on a deeper level and you store it in your body because you don't know how to release it. 

A lower frequency of energy that also has a negative effect would be present in someone feeling depressed - they have so little energy and nothing causes them to feel any emotion; good or bad.  It's like they're disconnected from the world; removed from reality; or cut off from their energy supply.  I'm sure most of us have felt like that at some point in our lives.

Matter is an illusion. 

This has been proven in Quantum Physics.  Everything we are and need is energy.  Whether it is food, water or love, we are energetic beings in an energetic world.

Having this knowledge alone, may not be any help on the road to healing if you are trying to overcome something in your life, however, I have personally found EFT (a meridian energy therapy) to be one of the most effective tools in releasing stored energy and shifting energy.  In EFT, you basically tap on certain meridians on the body whilst focusing on what it is you want to shift or release until you get the desired effect. 

As well as using EFT and Hypnosis with clients during sessions, I also teach them basic EFT so they can use and develop it inbetween sessions.  It gives them a simple tool they can use and apply to almost any area of their life.  This is because EFT works with emotions which alter the body's energy system and since most 'problems' have an emotional aspect to them, EFT can be a very versatile and effective tool. 

I will be introducing some tapping techniques during my Picture Peace UK Shows so I hope that you will take advantage of these free tools and tips and start applying them straight away.  I'd love to hear your feedback on how you get on and what differences you notice.
