Have you heard of the quirky little therapy technique called EFT?

Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT can provide a fast and effective way to relieve any emotional disturances around a problem.  It can be used with a therapist or as a self-help tool and the basics are very quick and easy to learn.

Before I go on to say how I use EFT, you may want to follow this link to help you understand the basics of EFT and to maybe even try it for yourself.  You can use it to focus on whatever you are feeling at the time that you want to shift - perhaps you are tired and need more energy, or maybe you have a headache or some other ache or pain that needs shifting.  Whatever it is you are feeling right now that you want to change, read through the protocol first and then have a go to see how quickly you can notice postive changes for yourself:

I use EFT everyday in so many different ways.  When I wake up, I use positive affimations whilst tapping to help me create the feelings I need to acheive my daily goals.  I also tap my finger points when I need to focus on the present, find inspiration or feel more at peace.  At night, I tap whilst giving thanks and sending out positive intentions to those in my life that need help and support.  Whatever your beliefs, whether you are spiritual or not, giving thanks and sending out positive intentions for others helps you to appreciate your life more and maintain a healthy perspective.
The techniques that I use in my life to help me appreciate, enjoy and make the most of my life will be featured in my shows so that you can learn how to build similar rituals into your daily life.  And the beauty of these rituals is that they do not take up much of your time.  A habit only takes about three weeks to be created so that means that with the right tools and desire, you can undo any unwanted habits and implement new positive ones in a very short space of time.
